We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns.
Returns – Change of Mind
We accept returns on non-personalised, unused items in their original condition and packaging.
You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Once approved, you’ll have 14 days to return the item.
Please note:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty).

We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t be held responsible for lost returns.
Personalised or Custom Items
Unfortunately, personalised and custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or there's a fault, please email us at [your email address] within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can sort it quickly.
Depending on the issue, we’ll offer a replacement, repair, or full refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
