Nuwa stone mythology
- The Myth of the Stones: When the water god Gonggong fought the fire god Zhurong and broke the pillar of heaven (Mount Buzhou), the sky tore, causing floods and fires.
- Fixing the Sky: Nuwa melted five-coloured stones to patch the hole in the sky.
This stone is traditionally associated with balance and resilience.
